What do you need to meditate?
Just yourself and a comfortable position! Classes run by This Meditation Place can be taken either in person, or in the comfort of your own home. I also offer one-to-one and small group sessions, along with sessions for the corporate workplace.
If you attend one of my in-person classes, I would always recommend a mat, cushion and blanket. Depending on the intention of the session, I would usually recommend either a sitting or lying position- with the main focus on being comfortable! The sessions are relaxed and informal, and a safe space where everyone is welcome.

These can be tailored to your own individual intention in order to bring the best result for you. I also focus on habit forming, so you can build a sustainable long-term habit to enable you to lead a calmer and healthier life.
